Responsibilities
- Be part of the sales team that enjoys teamwork, smashing huge revenue targets and providing an unparalleled level of service
- Assist the clients by turning their boat holiday request into a booking
- Build long-lasting relationships with the wide range of clients from across the globe
- Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our product development
- Proactively improve processes for you and your team
Requirements
- Excellent level of French
- Advanced level of English
- Set high targets and generating revenue, with a previous experience in sales
- Competitive and motivated personality
- Deliver your work at the highest quality possible and on time
- Enjoy being on the phone and you convince others with your open, compassionate manner
- Enjoy working in a team
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Excellent verbal communication skills along with active listening
