Guest Service specialist (Concierge) – VIP Services

On behalf of our client, one of Greece’s leading providers of corporate and leisure travel, we are looking for a guest service specialist-concierge to handle queries of high-end, VIP customers.

Concierge Job Responsibilities:

• Assist guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
• Support operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests on a daily basis.
• Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks.
• Maintain inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and collateral for concierge desks.
• Provide pre-arrival support for guests arriving on packages.
• Facilitate correspondence with guests.
• Act as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
• Work collaboratively with any resort associates and resources.
