We are currently looking to hire our recruitment manager in Lisbon, Portugal. Main responsibility of our recruitment manager in Portugal, will be to set up & develop our recruitment team, while growing our client & partner network within the country.

The recruitment manager we are looking for will be responsible to:

  • Set up & supervise the multilingual recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Set objectives for the recruitment team, according to client's demands
  • Grow our portfolio of clients
  • Coordinate with clients to forecast future hiring demands
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures in accordance to the market trends
  • Set & monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Identify & implement new sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to research and choose new advertising options
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand within the Portuguese market
  • Participate in job fairs and career events

    In order to become the recruitment manager we are looking for, you must have:

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, or at least 4 years as Recruitment team leader
    • Experience in multilingual recruitment in an agency or in a BPO will be considered a very strong asset
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
    • Proven experience in managing & developing recruitment teams, with target oriented mentality
    • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation, in order to set up the team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Bachelor in Management, HR or any other economic related field
