We are looking for Dutch Travel Consultants to work in Lisbon, for one of the leading world's business travel platform.

The company is a business travel management company, whose platform includes travel management, traveler satisfaction, travel risk management, & travel management program design features. As a travel management company, it accompanies its customers every step of the way business travel planning.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Greet and converse with company's customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Effectively turn customers' inquiries into sales
• Accurately track and report call types and service issues
• Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals
• Process calls or Shared Service process to achieve or exceed the established daily metric, while maintaining an average talk time consistent with current business needs
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
