We are looking for German Customer Support Specialists to work for Philip Morris.
Philip Morris, is the leading worldwide tobacco company working with seven of the world’s top 15 brands, including the best-selling cigarette brand. The company has expanded its offer, besides the traditional cigarettes a new type of smokeless cigarette device aiming to provide a new solution for their customers.
Your duties as the German Customer Support Specialist are:
- Customer support via telephone and email
- Effective support for questions regarding the use and maintenance of the smoking device
- Technical support in regard to the device or the brand’s website
- Information and possible troubleshooting

Requirements
The role of the German Customer Support Specialist requires:
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Moderate English skills (B2 level)
- Relocation to Portugal
- EU Passport
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit
