Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries by chat and email
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements
- Native / C2 level in Dutch
- B2 level English
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
