Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

⦁ Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform

⦁ Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities

⦁ Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms

⦁ Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies

⦁ Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets

⦁ Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

Requirements

You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

⦁ Native or proficient level of French (C2)

⦁ Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written

⦁ Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.

⦁ Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

⦁ Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver

⦁ Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

⦁ Availability to work onsite

⦁ Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
