Spanish Customer Success Manager - Athens based - Athens

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Spanish Customer Success Manager, to join the growing team of one of Europe's largest betting company, in Athens!

The company is an established GameTech company, committed to deliver the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.

A successful candidate for this role will be someone, who will make an impact across the company, by developing and implementing strategies in order to improve the customer support system of the company.


As a Customer Success Manager, you will need to:

  • Create and develop a customer operational management team for the Mexican speaking Markets.
  • Lead and develop the consumer service strategy for the new market, as well as, the appropriate business model
  • Set up and run the project of the new contact center in the market
  • Improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) – CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), or other Customer Metric
  • Empower and engage the new Customer Service Team
  • Identify problems and provide feedback
  • Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate a high-quality customer service experience
  • Establish performance metrics for customer support team
  • Implement training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees

Requirements


The role of the Customer Success Manager requires:

  • Native / near-native level of Spanish
  • Excellent English skills
  • 3+ years working experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
  • Communications or Marketing degree is preferred
